I won't say his name, because though his folks aren't against his picture being on the internet, they are against his name and picture being out there... which I totally understand. But I will say that I am very happy in how this turned out -- a quick experiment one night before he was sent to bed. His appearance is both child-like and wise, to me. As if he really would tell you his secret, if you'd just come closer to the ball of light...


This is the first of two parts, but I won't presume that others wish to see the successor. We'll see how this one does perhaps...

Mara, thanks for your comment on this one! I'm glad you like it, and enough so to :+fav: it as well! I really appreciate that too!

So far, this one has been pretty well received, so I can imagine putting up the colored version in a bit. Keep an eye out, and it looks like you'll see it soon enough. I already know what that one would be called anyway ==--> "My Wish..."

Fantastic lighting, that can be a really hard set up to pull off. You did an excellent job, and I'd love to see more from this.

hi, Megan... thanks for the compliments here as well! I'm glad you like it, and I think I actually got a little bit lucky with the lighting here. The follow up, "My Wish..." taken about a second after this one just has a different feeling to it, though they're just a moment apart from one another. And it seems like it should be up soon, as people are pretty interested in this one, which is really cool to see! :thanks:

It's cool to see that you like the titles too! Yeah... "My Secret" and "My Wish" -- I think they fit, and once you see the other one, hopefully it'll seem like there could be no other names! :thanks:
